The ICC Women's Team Rankings function similarly to the men's rankings but are calculated separately for the One-Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) formats.  

There's a difference in scope between the two formats: the ICC Women's ODI Team Rankings specifically list the top 10 teams. However, the ICC Women's T20I Team Rankings are more inclusive, listing all ICC Members who fulfill the eligibility criteria based on the matches played. This wider scope for T20Is reflects the decision to grant official T20I status to all matches played between the 104 ICC Members and the USA.
